The Brandis House Vacation Rental is a beautiful custom home built in the fall of 2021, located just past Chico going toward the town of Old Chico. This house has an open floor plan with living and kitchen as one open space, two bedrooms each with one queen bed, and one bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, minimum of 2-nights stay. This accommodation is completely pet free and smoke free (no pets, no smoking). Complimentary Chico pool passes are included.
